I'm excited to offer Rituali as an addtional resource for those who may want to explore wellness services and resources beyond what I personally offer.

My practice remains independently owned and operated. Choosing to work with me does not require a Rituali membership, and thers is absolutely no obligation to join.

Rituali simply gives my clients another avenue to explore if they are looking for additional support, services, or wellness resources. Think of it as an extension of your options- not a replacement for the personal, independent work we do together.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a holistic treatment that involves manipulating muscles and soft tissues to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and improve overall well-being.

It offers numerous benefits, including reducing stress, alleviating pain, improving circulation, enhancing flexibility, and supporting faster recovery from injury.

Regular massage can also boost mood, improve sleep quality, and strengthen the immune system, making it a powerful tool for both physical and mental health.

I use Swedish and Deep Tissue as the base of my practice and have taken multiple CE classes that get incorporated into each session as need arises. My aim is to offer a time of destress that enables the body to let go of the tightness that is so prevelant in todays living.

70 minute Massage - $100 (10 min check in, 60 min massage)

90 minute Massage/Pranic Healing - $120 (10 min check-in, 20 min Pranic Healing, 60 min massage.

Pranic Healing

Pranic healing is a non-touch energy healing technique that uses prana, or life energy, to balance, harmonize, and transform the body’s energy processes.

Experience a cleansing and energizing of the of chakra system.

It aims to remove energetic blockages that may be causing physical or emotional discomfort. Works very well with conventional medicine and therapy to help further along your healing journey.

Sessions typically involve deep breathing and the healer’s hands channeling prana to areas that need healing.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive yoga practice designed to activate your kundalini energy, which is located at the base of your spine, safely. A typical session weaves together four core elements:

1. Kriyas: Sequenced postures and movements that target specific glands, organs or energetic themes. The movements are often rhythmic and repetitive, amplifying circulation and prana (life force).

2. Breathwork: Powerful breathing patterns used to regulate the nervous system, increase lung capacity and stoke the internal heat to propel the kundalini current.

3. Mantra and Sound: Repetition or chanting of sacred syllables (eg. Sat Nam meaning the Truth Within) uses vibration to clear mental clutter and sharpen focus.

4. Meditation: Breathwork and mudras held to help us enter into our center and gain a sense of inner peace.

This type of yoga is available to anyone and allows for modifications. With this practice, you go within and move according to your body's ability for that day.

Energy Grid Readings

The energy grid reading looks at your inner blue print of who you are, how you are wired energetically. It uses your astrological birthdate an charts 8 planets ad Chiron, but it is not an astrology reading. It uses the planets and Chiron, the chakras, YinYang balance in the 7 increments of our lives. It was developed by a man many decades ago that was very intuitive and psychic. It helps us see who we are as unique individuals and how we relate to others. Very helpful to do a couples reading, to each other as individuals and how we can live more in flow together. Or for individuals to see areas we can draw from in our own life to have better flow. Or see why we think as we do or feel a certain way.

To have the best reading it is good to have a question, something we may be struggling with in life to find answers we are looking for.
